so there's no waste! Our structured pricing schemes enable our clients
to save money at each segment of the drawing process throughout the
whole project life-cycle.
Hourly Pricing Scheme
- Our price for 2D work is £7.50
per hour, which compares very favourably with the £14 to £15
per hour many other companies in UK charge.
- Our price for 3D work - 3D CAD and SketchUP
modelling, CGI, Revit BIM and 3D walkthrough is £12.00
per hour, which is much lower than the £30 to £40
per hour commonly quoted by other companies.
'Subscription
Scheme - Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly'
You can subscribe our service for a period of a month, three months
or a year. During this period you can use our service for multiple projects
at different stages of drawing process. Subscription service gives you
unique opportunity to access all types of architectural drawing skill
at any given time - from 2D CAD technical drawing to 3D flythrough at
a flat monthly rate.

Note:
Above prices are based on 40 work hours per week basis. Additional 8 work
hours per week can be added to any package upon request. Additional work
will be priced at £7.50 per hour.
'Fixed
Price’ 3D modelling & Rendering
We
offer ‘fixed price’ service for 3D CAD and SketchUP modelling,
CGI and animation projects. Final price may slightly vary depending on
complexityof the model. For 3D walkthrough, total cost of the project
depends on length of the animation.
In Revit programme, normally we need to model every single building component
to real life specification where as in other 3D software we normally model
only exterior envelop. Revit BIM is more than a 3D programme. You can
use 3D Revit building model for a broad spectrum of purposes at later
stages of project such as construction documentation, material take-off/cost,
energy efficiency calculation (via gbxml),3D walkthrough etc.

Sheet
Pricing Scheme
If you have drawings on standard-sized sheets (A4, A3, A2, A1, A0) that
you need programmed in CAD or if you want us to develop a construction
drawing package i.e. working drawings and details, we can charge you per
sheet basis. This is possible because the maximum amount of drawn detail
that can fit into a standard sheet size is well defined, which in turn
defines the maximum amount of hours it would take to program the sheet
size in CAD.
